摘要：目的：探讨脑血管性痴呆应用紫外线辐射充氧血液疗法治疗对病人病情的恢复及好转情况的临床治疗效果。方法：选择脑血管性痴呆病人40例，随机分为药物组和用紫外线辐射充氧血液疗法(简称治疗组)及单独应用常规药物组，两组病人均给予两个疗程的治疗后，采用HDS智能测定进行评分对比。结果:治疗组病人的意识近期记忆力及行为紊乱得到明显的改善，较对照组有很大好转(P<0.01)。结论：脑血管性痴呆经过药物治疗加用紫外线辐射充氧血液疗法，能明显改善病人的临床症状，减少病人的病理程度。对病人的预后及恢复日常生活能力有明显的提高。

    The Effect of Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation and Oxygenation Therapy in the Treatment of Vascular Demention

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation and Oxygenation (UBIO) to the recovery and alleviation of patients of Vascular Dementia(VD).Method:40 patients of VD were divided into 2 groups randomly: the group of single conventional drugs(Drug Group) and the group of drugs combined with UBIO (Therapy Group)After 2courses of treatment respectively, using HPS Intelligent Determination to grade and compare the effect of these two groups .Result: The consciousness ,memory of short term and behavior disorders of Therapy Group was obviously improved, compared to Drug Group (p<0.01).Conclusion: The therapy of drugs combined with UBIO can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms ,reduce the damage ,improve the prognosis of the disease an attribute to regain the ability of normal life of the patients of VD. ......
