【摘要】 目的 比较三种手术方法治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法 42例三叉神经痛Ⅱ支的患者，分别采用三种手术方法，术后随访2年，观察疗效。结果 三种手术治疗方法2年的治愈率分别是，颌骨骨腔清除术100%，窦内手术法83.3%，高位切断术97.3%。结论 三叉神经痛保守治疗无效的前提下，三种手术方法临床疗效均较好，但应先选择颌骨骨腔清除术，再考虑后者。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of three kinds of methods for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Adopting different methods to cure the 42 cases of trigeminal neuralgia Ⅱ. Results The 2-years curing rate: the ridding maxillary cavity is 100%,the inner of maxillary sinus is 83.3%, the rhizotomy at high perch is 97.3%.
