52例重症社区获得性肺炎病原体及药物敏感性分析

     【摘要】 目的 了解深圳地区重症获得性肺炎病原体流行病学特点及药物敏感性,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据。方法 使用Dade Behring 公司 Microscan Walkaway40仪作细菌学鉴定,选用NC21及PC12复合板,以国际标准NCCLS作为敏感度的解释标准。结果 52例病原学检查阳性患者中培养出56株细菌,2例合并真菌感染,4例同时有2种细菌感染,56株细菌中革兰氏阳性菌25株,其中以金黄色葡萄球菌13株和肺炎链球菌12株为主,革兰氏阴性杆菌31株,其中流感嗜血杆菌11株,肺炎克雷伯杆菌8株,大肠埃氏杆菌7株,铜绿假单胞菌5株。结论 病原体以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,占55% ,其次为金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌等革兰氏阳性球菌,占45% 。

    Anaysis of Pathogen and Antibiotic Sensitivity of 52 Cases with Severe Community Acquired Pneumonia

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogen and antibiotic sensitivity of severe community acquired pneumonia(SCAP) in Shenzhen city and provide evidence for using antibiotics. Methods The bacteria were tested with Microscan Walkaway40 produced by Date Behring Company and antibiotic sensitivity was determined by NCCLS method. Results There were 56 strains bacteria from 52 cases through sputum culture , among whom 2 cases were complicated with fungus and 4 cases were infected by 2 strains. Gram positive bacteria were 25 strains, most of them were styphylococci and phneumococci. Gramnegative bacteria were 31 strains ,including 11 strains of H.influenzae ,8 strains of K.pneumoniae,7 strains of E.colithe and 5 strains of P.aeruginosa. Conclusions Most of the pathogen are Gramnegative bacteria ,which accounts for 55% of the total bacteria. Gram positive bacteria such as styphylococci and phneumococci account for 45% of the total. ......
