【摘 要】 目的 观察止汗灵颗粒治疗小儿多汗症气阴两虚型的临床疗效。 方法 40例小儿多汗症患儿随机分为2组。治疗组20例，予止汗灵颗粒，每次10g，每日3次口服。对照组20例，予生脉饮口服液，每次10ml，每日3次口服。2组均14日为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效。 结果 治疗组痊愈率为65.0%，对照组痊愈率为35.0%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 结论 止汗灵颗粒治疗小儿多汗症气阴两虚型疗效确切。
