肿瘤特异性生长因子在诊断小儿恶性血液病中的临床意义

[摘要] 目的 通过检测小儿恶性血液病患儿血清及尿液中的肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)浓度，探讨两者在小儿恶性血液病诊断中的临床意义及两者的相关性。方法 采用生化比色法，检测36例恶性血液病患儿血清和尿液中的TSGF浓度并设立正常对照组(20例健康儿童)进行比较。结果 小儿恶性血液病血清及尿液中的TSGF浓度与正常对照组比较，明显升高(P<0.01)。恶性血液病组TSGF阳性率为80.5%(血清)和91.6%(尿)。各小儿恶性血液病之间进行血TSGF浓度比较，差异无显著性(P>0.05)，它们之间进行尿TSGF浓度比较，差异亦无显著性(P>0.05)。血清和尿液中TSGF浓度呈显著正相关，r=0.6138(P<0.001)。结论 血清及尿液TSGF可以作为小儿恶性血液病的诊断指标，且具有很高的灵敏性。血清和尿液中TSGF水平与小儿恶性血液病类型可能无关。可以考虑用尿液中TSGF来代替血清中TSGF的检测。[关键词] 恶性血液病；肿瘤特异性生长因子；诊断
Clinical significance of serum and urine tumor specific growth factors in the diagnosis of malignant hematopathy in children

[Abstract] Objective To research the relativity and clinical significance of serum and urine TSGF levels in the diagnosis of malignant hematopathy in children.Methods The levels of TSGF in serum and urine were measured by using chromatometry of biochemistry in 36 children with malignant hematopathy and 20 samples from healthy children as controls.Results The value of TSGF in serum and urine of malignant hematopathy were significantly higher than those of the normal controls(P<0.01).The total positive rate of TSGF in malignant hematopathy children were 80.5%(serum)and 91.6%(urine).Among the different malignant hematopathy types,the serum TSGF level had no difference and so did the urine’s(P>0.05).The levels of TSGF in serum and urine of malignant hematopathy children showed positive correlation strongly(r=0.6138,P<0.001).Conclusion Determination of TSGF in serum and urine might be used in the diagnosis of malignant hematopathy in children and the sensitivity was high.The TSGF level had no relationship with malignant hematopathy types.The serum TSGF test is a method that might be replaced by the urine TSGF test. ......
