人参皂甙单体Rh2对K562细胞增殖和凋亡作用的实验研究

     摘 要:目的 研究人参皂甙单体Rh2(GSRh2)对人K562细胞增殖和凋亡作用的影响。方法 采用MTT比色法观察GSRh2对体外培养的K562细胞生长的抑制作用;在光学显微镜下观察不同浓度GSRh2对K562细胞的凋亡作用及计数凋亡率(AR)。结果 MTT比色法测定显示,细胞经GSRh2作用后生长受抑制,呈剂量依赖性和时间依赖性,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为25.8 μg/ml。结论 GSRh2能抑制体外培养的K562细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡。

    Effects of ginsenosideRh2 on proliferation and apoptosis for K562 cell line

    Abstract:Objective To study effect of ginsenosideRh2(GSRh2) on proliferation and apoptosis of human erythroleukemia cell line K562. Methods Cell growth inhibition was evaluated by MTT colorimetric assay. Apoptotic cells were determined by light microscope and apoptosis rate(AR) was counted. Results MTT colorimetric assay revealed that the inhibition of GSRh2 to the growth of K562 cells was in a dose and timedependent manner, 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) value was 25.8μg/ml. GSRh2 could induce apoptosis on K562 cells. Conclusion GSRh2 exhibited growth inhibition effect and induced apoptosis on K562 cell line in vitro. ......
