武汉大学医学院学生吸烟行为及其相关因素分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 了解医学生吸烟基本情况及其心理 状态，探讨其影响因素，为在医学生中开展无烟干预提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，选取武汉大学医学院在校本科生共825名，以班级为 单位，统一发放和回收不记名自填问卷。结果 医学生吸烟率为19.9%， 男生吸烟率为29.3%，女生吸烟率 为7.5%，差异有统计学意义；高年级学生吸烟率显著高于低年级(P<0.01)，预防医学 、基 础医学专业学生吸烟率高于临床医学及其他专业(P<0.01)。学生吸烟主要原因是应酬 ，其次为个人习惯、好玩和解闷。在医学生中，反对吸烟的只占11.0%，而赞成的达25.6%。 父 、母吸烟是子女吸烟的不利因素。结论 应在医学院校中开展无烟教育， 不仅要让医学生不吸烟，还要让他们教育其他人群不吸烟，以推动全社会的禁烟活动的开展 。
