[摘要] 常山酮是中药提取物常山碱的衍生物，常作为高效抗球虫药被广泛使用。近年研究发现，常山酮具有独特的生物学活性，尤其在自身免疫病治疗中展现出巨大潜力。该文主要就常山酮在关节炎、硬皮病、多发性硬化症和肾炎等自身免疫性疾病中发挥的重要作用进行梳理总结，为常山酮深入开展临床研究提供参考。
