【摘要】目的:探讨使用呼吸机进行机械通气方法治疗急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征(IMS)的治疗效果,为今后治疗类似患者提供可靠的科学依据。方法:从本院2006年1月-2009年1 月收治的12例急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征患者,使用PN-2000型呼吸机进行机械通气方法治疗。结果:12例急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征患者全部治愈出院。结论:急性有机磷中毒中间综合征(IMS)患者使用呼吸机进行机械通气治疗,只要措施及时,能使患者平稳渡过呼吸肌麻痹阶段,治疗效果显著。

    【Abstract】Objective: The discussion use life-support machine carries on machinery ventilation method treatment acute ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning middle syndrome (IMS) the treatment result, will provide the reliable scientific basis for the next treatment similar patient. Methods: 12 example acute ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning middle syndrome patient who in January, 2006-January, 2009 admits from this courtyard, uses the PN-2000 life-support machine to carry on the machinery ventilation method treatment. Results: 12 example acute ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning middle syndrome patient is discharged completely. Conclusion: The acute ganophosphorus poison middle syndrome (IMS) patient uses the life-support machine to carry on the machinery ventilation treatment, so long as the measure is prompt, could cause the patient to cross steadily breathes the myo- paralysis stage, the treatment result is remarkable. ......
