粗粮对心血管疾病影响的研究近况(1)

     【摘要】本文以玉米、燕麦、苦荞麦、豆类等几种粗粮为例,分析了粗粮中所含有的营养素,及其所具有的降低血脂、调节血压、防治动脉粥样硬化从而降低心血管疾病风险作用的机理。本文提示人们要从日常饮食视角加强对心血管疾病的预防。

    Recent researches on the effects of coarse grains on cardiovascular disease

    Wang Lanfeng【Abstract】This article take the corn, the oats, the tartary buckwheat, the legumes and so on several kind of coarse edible grains as an example, has analyzed the nutrient which in the coarse edible grain includes, and has reduces the blood fats, the adjustment blood pressure, prevention atherosclerosis, thus reduces the cardiovascular illness sickness risk function the mechanism. This article prompts the people to strengthen the prevention which from the daily diet angle of view gets sick to the cardiovascular illness.
