【摘要】目的：探讨Th1型细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ在自身免疫性卵巢功能早衰(POF)中的表达。方法：分别用猪卵透明带(PZP)抗原和PBS缓冲液注射免疫Balb/c小鼠，共免疫3次，每2W免疫1次，经过3次免疫后，观察各组卵巢组织病理形态，并测定各组IL-2和IFN-γ水平。结果：PZP免疫小鼠卵巢组织形态明显改变，且Th1性细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ表达均明显高于对照组。结论：自身免疫性卵巢功能早衰与T细胞介导的Th1型免疫应答有关。

    【Abstract】Objective to investigate the expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ of premature ovarian failure in murine autoimmune oophoritis immunized by procine zona pellucida.Methods:Each female Balb/c mouse receive 0.1ml of adjuvant emulsion and porcine ZP(or PBS), at two weeks intervals for three times. The histopathology of ovaries and expression of IL-2,IFN-γ in the splenism. Results: There was a noticeable change in the ovaries of immunized group mice compared with the control group mices. The expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ increased compared to controls. Conclusion: The results suggested that the Th1 type immune response was related to premature ovarian failure. ......
