【摘要】目的：探讨老年性乳腺癌综合治疗的特殊性和重要性。方法：针对91例老年性乳腺癌患者选用不同的综合治疗手段。结果：有伴随疾病的老年患者选择缩小手术范围，以内分泌治疗为主的综合治疗措施，可收到较好的疗效。结论：老年性乳腺癌患者可依据患者个体化情况选择较为灵活的治疗手段。

    【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the comprehensive treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods: 91 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer were chosen to receive different comprehensive treatment. Results: the elderly patients accompanied with other diseases can receive better effect by reducing the scope of operation and endocrine treatment. Conclusion: elderly patients with breast cancer can choose the more flexible treatment based their own situations.
