【摘要】目的：探讨普通探头引导在胆管、静脉介入穿刺中的疗效分析。方法：通过本院128例患者应用普通超声探头引导完成经皮经肝胆道/静脉穿刺。结果：穿刺一次成功率98.2%，二次成功率100%。结论：此法方便灵活，安全可靠，可以提高介入治疗的成功率。

    【Abstract】Purpose:The study is common to probe leading in the bile duct, vein get involved puncture of curative effect analysis.Method:Pass 128 sufferer of this hospital application common ultrasonics to probe a leading completion to puncture through the liver and gall way/vein through the skin.Result:puncture a success rate 98.2%, two success rate be 100%.Conclusion: this method's convenience is vivid, safety credibility, can exaltation get involved treatment of success rate.
