【摘要】目的：探讨中西药联合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法：用中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水56例。结果：总有效率为89.3%。结论：中医采用疏肝解郁，活血软坚，滋养肝肾，利水消肿之法配合西药治疗肝硬化腹水疗效满意。
