【摘 要】目的：通过对急诊患者实施不同的护理干预，探究不同护理干预的临床应用特点。方法：从2017年1月-2019年2月到我院急诊患者中随机抽取90例，随机分为对照组和观察组，分别实施常规护理和护理风险管理，比较两组患者满意度和护理差错率。结果：观察组满意度为93.33%高于对照组(=11.358，P<0.05);观察组护理差错率为2.22%低于对照组(=13.294，P<0.05)。结论：护理风险管理可有效提高患者满意度，降低护理差错率，有效提高护理质量，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application characteristics of different nursing interventions through different nursing interventions for emergency patients.
