【摘 要】目的：探究耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性，为临床用药提供借鉴与指导。方法：本次选择2018年1月-2019年1月我院临床样本分离获取的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌菌株180株进行研究，分析该菌株在病区及样本中的分布情况，利用K-B法检测该药物对临床常用抗生素的耐药性。结果：耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌主要分布于医院ICU重症监护室、老年病科、外科、呼吸科、皮肤科等处，经药敏实验发现，所有菌株对万古霉素、利奈唑胺的耐药性均为0.00%，而对头孢唑啉、青霉素G、克林霉素、红霉素、阿奇霉素的耐药性均为100.00%。结论：研究耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性意义重大，可为临床合理用药提供指导，值得推广应用。
