【摘要】2008年统计我国居民预期寿命为73岁，但与国际上发达国家和长寿国家比较，还有10岁的差距。要缩小这一差距，在坚持原有成功的公共卫生模式的基础上，慢性非传染性疾病必须得到有效控制。目前我国慢病流行现状令人堪忧，造成这种现状的主要原因有四个方面：一是对生命在于运动认识不足；二是错误的健康生活知识泛滥；三是现代医学模式还未在医疗实践中得到真正的广泛应用；四是防病资源未得到充分整合。针对以上分析，可以考虑的策略有：1、广泛开展生命哲理和健康意义教育，切实提高人群的健康素养和健康智慧；2、形成一种强制审查制度，坚决抵制错误的健康生活知识泛滥，把握正确的舆论导向，在全社会营造有利于开启健康智慧的良好氛围；3、制定和不断完善国家慢病防治指南，防治有章可循；4、充分整合慢病防治资源，提高社区慢病防治工作质量和效率；5、完善制度设计，合理引导人群自觉参加慢病防治活动。

    Approach to Chronic Disease Prevention and Cure Strategy in Comminity

    【Abstact】The life expectancy of China is 73 years according to 2008 statistics, comparing to developed contries and longer living contries, there is a 10 years shortage. In order to eliminate the shortage, chronic non- infective disease must be controled, blest public health mode should be insisted. Now, the current situation of chronic disease should be concerned, there are 4 reasons contribute to current situation: the lack of recognition that life lies in sports, the deluge of misleading health knowledge, the modern medical model have not yet been truly ande extensive utilized, disease prevention resources have not been conformed. According to the analyze, the referenced strategies are: 1, To carry on life philosophical education and health education, increase the health intelligence and health knowledge of the community, 2, Establish a forcibly investigation system, reject misleading health knowledge, hold public opinion, to built a healthy atmosphere in the society, 3, To formulate and consummate national chronic disease guidline, to direct the prevention and cure, 4, Conforme chronic disease prevention and cure resources sufficingly, improve the quality and efficiency of chronic disease prevention and cure in community, 5, Improve system design, guide people take part in chronic disease prevention and cure activities. ......
