【摘要】近年来，正畸种植体支抗的临床应用已成为正畸研究的热点。目前的发展趋势是“单期手术，自攻设计，即刻负载”,能够有效的完成关闭拔牙间隙，推磨牙向远中，压低后牙等等的正畸矫治,而种植体支抗的成功取决于种植体是否稳定。
