[摘要] 随着人们法律意识的不断提高，尊重患者的知情权已成为社会的共识。医院从保护患者合法权益出发，尊重患者的知情权，医疗机构及医务人员如实合理的向患者告知，给医患关系添加了不少和谐因子。但是，由于医疗告知内容的不统一以及立法上的缺陷，致使医方与患者对知情权的理解差异，从而导致医疗纠纷。本文拟从明确患者知情权内容的角度对医方告知说明义务进行分析，以其对医患关系的和谐作出点贡献。
