摘要：本文对《实用英文中医辞典》中的针灸经穴英译进行评析，发现其主要翻译策略以直译为主、音译为辅、意译补充，该翻译策略有助于保留中医文化特色，也有助于西方学习者学习针灸知识。本文同时提出该辞典中针灸经穴相同词翻译的统一问题，并对一些经穴名因汉字通假字、一字多义、文化内涵深奥等原因而出现的误译进行辨析，以期促进针灸经穴翻译国际标准的建立。
