摘要：《中华人民共和国中医药法(草案)》的公布表明中医药立法工作取得了实质性的进展。但纵观该草案全文，中西医结合、中医诊所设置，以及中医药人才培养、临方炮制中药饮片、医疗机构配置中药制剂等问题仍值得商榷，需进一步完善。
