从“瘀”探析非创伤性股骨头坏死机理(1)

     摘要：股骨头坏死作为骨科领域的疑难病，很难完全治愈，其中以非创伤性股骨头坏死居多。本文通过分析非创伤性股骨头坏死机制及治疗进展，结合中医“瘀”的特性及致病特点，认为非创伤性股骨头坏死机制与“瘀”有关，指出其重要危险因素是“瘀”，并从活血化瘀中药对其治疗进展，基于“瘀”论证探讨非创伤性股骨头坏死的机理。
