摘 要 艾滋病和梅毒的传播途径相同，两者相互影响，会给梅毒的临床诊断及治疗带来困难。本文就梅毒的流行病学现状以及分类、实验室检查、诊断和治疗，尤其是合并艾滋病时的治疗作一概要介绍。
