家庭医生知识素养管理对糖尿病患者的并发症认知和健康行为的影响(1)

     摘 要 目的:探索家庭醫生实施糖尿病知识素养管理对糖尿病患者的并发疾病认知和健康行为的影响。方法:以555名2型糖尿病患者为研究对象进行糖尿病并发症知识素养管理。采用问卷表收集相关资料。结果:在接受家庭医生糖尿病并发症知识素养管理后,研究对象对糖尿病并发症的总体认知明显提高(P<0.001),其中对神经病变认知提升45.7%,对糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变、糖尿病足和脑血管病变认知分别提升了27.8%、26.5%、24.9%和12.1%,对心脏病和心血管病变认知分别提升了4.4%和5.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康饮食、规律运动和3个月监测1次糖化血红蛋白的行为分别提升了14.9%、27.8%和18.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:家庭医生实施糖尿病并发症知识素养管理对提高糖尿病患者常见并发症认知和健康行为具有促进作用。

    Influence of knowledge literacy management by family doctors on the complication cognition and health behaviors of the diabetic patients

    ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the influence of family doctors implementing diabetic knowledge literacy management on concurrent disease cognition and healthy behavior of diabetic patients. Methods: Five hundred and fifty-five patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research objects for the knowledge literacy management of diabetic complications. Questionnaires were used to collect relevant information. Results: After receiving the knowledge literacy management of diabetic complications by the family doctors, the overall awareness of diabetic complications of the objects was significantly improved(P<0.001), among them, the cognitive knowledge of neuropathy increased by 45.7%, and the cognitive knowledge of diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy, diabetic foot and cerebrovascular disease increased by 27.8%, 26.5%, 24.9% and 12.1%, respectively, cognitive knowledge of heart disease and cardiovascular disease increased by 4.4% and 5.5%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The behaviors of healthy diet, regular exercise and the monitoring glycated hemoglobin once every 3 months increased by 14.9%, 27.8% and 18.8%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: The implementation of knowledge literacy management of diabetic complications by family doctors has a promoting effect on the cognition of common complications and health behaviors in diabetic patients.
