双语教学在内分泌科研究生教学中的实践与探索(1)
摘要：目的 探索双语文献培训教学(BJC)在内分泌科研究生科研能力培养过程中的教学效果。方法 在临床医学内分泌专业研究生的科研能力的培养过程中，以小组为单位，实施双语教学。教师指导学生选取恰当的英文文献进行学习，具体按照以下五个步骤进行教学：①根据学生所选的文献，教师课前认真准备案例背景知识；②学生积极预习，准备双语文献讲解；③学生教师角色互换，学生讲解，老师提问；④学生课后总结，并应用所学进行实践学习；⑤教师课后总结，并指导课后实践作业。结果 对内分泌科研究生成功实施了双语文献培训，效果显著。结论 BJC教学方法可以显著提高内分泌科研究生的英语水平和科研能力，同时能激发学生学习的兴趣和热情，解决了学生学习英文文献的难题。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of Bilingual Journal of Club in postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology. Methods In the process of training scientific research ability of postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology， students were divided into several study groups and BJC were performed within each group. Students autonomously chose an appropriate paper under teachers' guidance according to the following steps：①Teachers reviewed the background information in the paper selected by the students before group meeting； ②Students prepared a bilingual literature report presentation； ③Students and teachers exchanged their roles with students giving a lecture while teachers asking questions；④Students made conclusions as well as practical applications of the case and skills learned in the paper； ⑤Teachers also summarized the case and guided students to practice the knowledge. Results BJC was successfully conducted， and the effects are satisfying. Conclusion BJC can significantly improve the English level and the capability of scientific research of postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology. Moreover， BJC can stimulate students' learning interest and resolve the problems in learning English literatures.

随着医学知识的频繁更新和国际间学术交流的加强，国内高校对研究生的英语应用能力的要求越来越高。推进双语教学是深化医学教学改革的必然趋势，是培养具有较强国际竞争力的高级医学专科人才的重要举措。医学英文文献较难理解，枯燥复杂；而医学词汇繁多，不易记忆。目前，虽然很多医学院开始了专业英语课，并要求研究生大量阅读英文文献，但是课时少，内容枯燥，且与专业知识脱节，学生很难利用到实际的科研工作中，因此收获甚微[1，2]。
此外，随着医学专业分科的细化，医学研究生在本科阶段所学的专业知识和英语应用能力已不能满足研究生期间的科研学习要求。而当前医学领域高水平的科研文献大多为英语期刊，高校对于研究生撰写英文文章的要求也越来也高。如何解决研究生看文献难，利用文献难，写文章难的问题已成为众多医学院研究生培养过程中的共同难题。此外，绝大多数学生没有充分的机会进行大量练习，英语表达能力欠缺，很难用英文与国际同行进行书面和口头交流[3，4]。

针对当前的现状，为了帮助研究生提高科研能力，发表高水平SCI论文。我们针对本学科内分泌专业研究生采用了双语教学为特点的文献学习培训Bilingual Journal Club (BJC)，现将实践过程和体会总结报道如下。

1.1一般资料 将本学科课题组的内分泌科研究生随机分组，每组5～8人，以小组为单位实施双语文献学习。
1.2教学内容和目的 以内分泌专科具有较高国际影响力期刊发表的医学文献为载体，探索在传统科研学习过程中融入双语教学的作用。选取JAMA(美国医学会杂志)，BMJ(英国医学期刊)，DIABETES，DIABETES CARE等高水平的国际影响性医学期刊，让学生自主选择其中针对内分泌代谢病尤其是糖尿病领域的流行病学研究，以此为案例进行每周2～3个学时的BJC学习。围绕如何选择文献，如何阅读文献，如何评价文献和如何应用文献四个方面，切实解决困扰研究生的阅读英文文献，设计研究和撰写论文等问题。, http://www.100md.com(陆洁莉 毕宇芳)
