摘要：目的 了解儿科用药最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用的情况及存在的问题，促进合理用药。方法 随机抽取我院住院口服排药药房2015年4～6月共1000张处方，对处方中药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用情况进行统计分析。结果 药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用率高达59.6%，涉及67个品规及各个临床科室。结论 药品最小规格剂量单位再拆分使用存在的问题需要有关方面共同努力解决，实现用药的安全、有效。

    Abstract：Objective To know the situation and problems of the split use of the least standard dosage unit of pediatric drug and to promote rational drug use.
