摘要：目的 分析直肠癌各期在MRI上的表现，评估盆腔MRI检查在直肠癌术前T分期中的应用价值。方法 对2013年9月～2014年4月手术治疗前30例直肠癌病例的盆腔MRI检查T分期结果与术后组织病理学结果对比，分析MRI对直肠癌术前T分期的准确率。结果 MRI对直肠癌(T分期)的诊断准确率为90%，MRI对T2和T3的诊断准确率分别为75%和100%。结论 盆腔MRI检查能够较准确地判断直肠壁的浸润深度，MRI检查可作为直肠癌术前T分期的首选检查手段。
