摘要：PBL的全称是problem based learning，即基于问题基础上的教学方法。该教学方式已成为国际流行的教学模式。本文就临床医学教育中应用PBL教学的亲身体会和感受以及结合文献复习，对PBL教学模式与传统的教学模式进行对比。

    Abstract：PBL means problem based learning， which was a teaching method based on problems.Such teaching method had become a prevalent teaching model in the world. In this paper， we summrized our understanding about PBL not only through combining our personal experience and review of the literature，but also hrough comparing PBL and traditional teaching methods.
