视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者的凝血功能分析(3)
本研究进一步表明，CRAO患者与普通人群相比，凝血功能检查结果差异无临床意义，无明显血栓形成倾向，抗凝和溶栓等治疗无病因依据[13]，不够科学合理，时间窗还短[14]还会引起并发症。CRAO患者无明显血栓形成倾向，进一步推测血栓形成不是CRAO的主要病因。
