人本位整体护理在新生儿病房护理管理中的应用(1)
摘要：目的 探讨“人本位”整体护理模式应用于新生儿病房管理中，以提升病房护理质量。方法 2016年我科实施人本位整体护理近一年以来，采用每月一次护理部质量检查及客服部患者满意度调查，将护理质量各项评估指标包括患者家属对疾病宣教知识知晓率、护理不良事件发生率、护理质量考核合格率及对护士的各项评估指标包括护士三基专科考试合格率、医生对护士的满意度、护士对职业的满意度等各项指标与2015年同期进行比较。结果 各项管理指标均较实施前有较明显的改善和提高(P<0.01)。结论 人本位整体护理的开展提高了患者对护理的满意度，体现了护士的价值，规范了护士的行为，使得医护沟通更密切，实现无缝隙全程、全面、连续护理，促进患儿康复。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of"human centered"holistic nursing model in neonatal ward management so as to improve the quality of ward care.Methods Since 2016，the implementation of standard holistic nursing for nearly a year，once a month by the nursing department and customer service department to check the quality of patients' satisfaction survey，the nursing quality indexes including the family members of patients with health education knowledge rate and the incidence rate of nursing adverse events，nursing quality examination qualified rate and the assessment index of nurses including nurses three college examination rate，doctors satisfaction to nurses，occupation satisfaction of nurses and other indicators were compared with the same period in 2015.Results All the management indexes were improved and improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Carry out standard holistic nursing to improve patient satisfaction with care，which embodies the value of nurse，nurse standardized behavior，make medical communication more closely，to achieve a seamless whole，comprehensive and continuous care，promote the rehabilitation of children.

自2010年原衛生部“实施优质护理示范工程”活动开始，为患者提供全面、全程、主动、专业、个性化的整体护理模式已成为现代护理模式的主流。去年我院在张中南教授的指导下，全院实施人本位整体护理新模式，在诊疗护理过程中不仅仅是关心患者生物医学上的“病”，更要高度关注生物-心理-社会医学模式下的“人”。新生儿病房实行的是无陪护病房，NICU病室多为危急重症抢救的患儿，病情变化快，且不会表达自己的不适，只能通过肢体活动或啼哭来表达不良信息[1]。人本位的核心就是在治疗疾病的过程中，需要新生儿护士高度的关注患儿，熟练的运用专科知识技能准确地观察判断处理疾病的反应，尽量满足和缓解疾病治疗过程中给患儿在情感、生理、功能等整体方面带来个性化的需求和改变[2]。现将我科在实施人本位整体护理管理中的体会汇报如下。
1一般资料
2016年1月～12月在我科住院患者980例，每月客服部针对出院患者发放《出院患者调查问卷》，现场收回并统计，计算出每月住院患者最满意率和总满意率。护理部每月质控小组进行护理质量检查，对家属健康教育宣教知晓率、三基三严考核，并对相关结果进行同期比较。科室医护发放互评表，由科室小组统计，内容有该护士对病情观察到位程度、抢救配合、病情处理及时、反馈病情等给予综合评价。
