实习生参与式小讲课在康复治疗临床教学中的应用研究(1)
摘要：目的 研究分析实习生参与式小讲课在康复治疗临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年1月～12月康复治疗专业在本院实习的学生60名作为研究对象，将学生分为两组，试验组和对照组，每组分别为30名，试验组学生应用参与式小讲课临床教学方法，对照组学生应用传统临床教学方法，评价两组教学效果，评价指标包括学生理论考试分数、临床实践操作考试分数和学生临床实习情况评分。结果 实习生参与式小讲课合格率为100%；试验组学生理论知识、临床实践操作得分均比对照组高，两组数据差異显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组学生临床实习评分比对照组高，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实习生参与式小讲课在康复治疗临床教学中的应用效果较好，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得推荐应用。

Study on the Application of Interns' Participation in Clinical Teaching of Rehabilitation Therapy

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of participating lectures in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation therapy.Methods From January to December in 2016 in our hospital rehabilitation professional internship 60 students as the object of study，students will be divided into two groups， experimental group and control group，each group of 30 students in the experimental group，application of participatory teaching method in clinical teaching，the students in the control group used the traditional clinical teaching method，evaluation of two groups the teaching effect，evaluation indexes include the students' theoretical test scores，clinical practice test scores and student clinical practice scores.Results The intern participatory lectures pass rate of 100%；the experimental group students' theoretical knowledge，clinical practice scores were higher than the control group，the differences between the two groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05)；The clinical practice scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interns with participant participation are more effective in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation therapy and have high clinical application value and are worthy of recommendation.

康复治疗专业对学生的实践能力要求较强，而临床实习环节重点培养学生的操作技能，因此，临床实习环节的教学方法尤为重要。为了探索更好的临床教学方法，现对2016年1月～12月康复治疗实习生60例进行研究，取得了一定的成果，其详情如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选择2016年1月～12月康复治疗专业在本院实习的学生60名作为研究对象，将学生分为两组，试验组和对照组，每组分别为30名。试验组中，男学生与女学生分别为18例、12例，年龄19～25岁，平均年龄(22.34±1.48)岁，对照组中，男学生与女学生分别为16例、14例，年龄20～25岁，平均年龄(22.67±1.25)岁。试验组与对照组实习生的一般资料差别不大，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。
1.2方法
1.2.1试验组 学生应用参与式小讲课临床教学方法，带教老师授课完成60%课时，剩余40%课时以实习生为主体进行参与授课，围绕临床病例开展授课，带教老师从旁引导。小讲课的主要内容是按照康复治疗本科临床实习教学大纲选定，主要是康复科常见疾病、康复训练以及康复效果评定等，选取的内容难度适中。试验组学生与带教老师根据教学要求，共同探讨并选择适宜的病例，制作教学提纲，并将学生分为多个小组，每组3～4人，各个小组根据教学提纲进行知识储备和相关问题的分析、思考，知识储备主要通过翻阅病历、查阅专业参考书籍等方式进行，可利用多媒体技术等将授课内容制作PPT或通过播放视频等方式开展教学。, 百拇医药(朱琳 严会荣 张铁成 麻全喜 陈祢)
