【摘要】目的：探讨护士分层管理在优质护理服务病房的应用效果。方法：比较我院2014年年末未实施护士分层管理和2015年实施护士分层管理的护理质量及满意度。根据护士的学历水平、专业技术水平及工作经验划分职务，实施责任包干护理小组，组员各尽其职，实施全程护理。结果：在实施护士分层管理之后，护理人员人人有事做，事事有所管，服务更贴近患者需求，明显改善患者的就医感受，护理质量大幅度提高，患者的满意度达到97.62%。结论：实施护士分层管理可夯实护理基础，降低护理成本，稳步提高护理质量，充分体现护士的价值，提高患者的满意度。
