从肺论治皮肌炎探析(1)
【摘 要】 阐述“肺主皮毛”的含义，提出从肺论治皮肌炎的理论基础。从中医角度分析皮肌炎病因病机，结合现代生理病理学方面对肺和皮肤关系的研究，探寻中医从肺系角度治疗皮肌炎的理论根据。根据皮肌炎发病初期、中期、后期三个阶段临床表现的不同，分为肺气不足，卫外不固；湿热侵肺，热蕴肌肤；气阴两虚，瘀阻脉络三个证型，分别进行论治。
