【摘 要】 帕金森病是一种由各种致病原因相互作用于机体而导致的神经系统疾病，主要好发于中老年人群，严重影响病人的健康和生活质量。PD的发病缘由和致病机理复杂，针对疾病各方面的研究较多，但详细发病机制至今尚未诠释清楚。文章对近年来PD的发病机制研究进行综述，以期为新药研发和临床用药提供参考。
