【摘 要】 非酒精性脂肪性肝炎是在肝脂肪变基础上出现的肝损伤和肝细胞炎症，可归属中医“肝癖”范畴，该病病位在肝，病机关键在脾，湿、痰、瘀互结发为本病。“十一五”国家中医药管理局制订该病的中医临床路径实施方案，笔者采用该方案，在临床治疗中取得良好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。
