机械牵张力加载时间对诱导正常皮肤成纤维细胞向增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞转化过程的影响研究(4)

     综上所述,加载0.1Hz、10%拉伸幅度的机械牵张力作用5d时,NSFB表现出HSFB的典型特征,诱导转化的最佳加载时间为5d,可作为标准力学模型参数进一步研究增生性瘢痕形成机制及治疗方法。此外,在加载机械牵张力7d时,NSFB的各分子表达水平已超出未加载机械牵张力的HSFB,虽然不可否认此时的NSFB未停止向HSFB转化,但已超出正常HSFB的标准表征,可能会发生过度转化,仍需进一步实验研究过度加载机械牵张力会对成纤维细胞产生何种功能上的影响甚至表型的影响。
