两种不同氧化锆材料进行前牙固定义齿修复的美学评价(1)
[摘要]目的：評价应用数字化微笑设计义齿模型结合新型“TT”玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全冠以及常规型“HT”瓷倍健有饰瓷氧化锆全瓷冠两种氧化锆全瓷冠行前牙固定修复的美学效果。方法：选择2015年1月-2017年12月笔者医院收治的62例固定义齿美学修复患者，根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组：采用“HT”瓷倍健有饰瓷氧化锆全瓷冠治疗；观察组：采用“TT”玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全冠治疗。通过检测两组修复体的修复效果及修复体美观性的满意度，对两种氧化锆全瓷冠的美学效果进行评价。结果：观察组义齿修复后的功能良好、色泽相似、舒适度与对照组相比，有显著性差异 (P<0.05)，对称协调和微笑自然与对照组比较，无显著性差异(P>0.05)。医师组对两组的修复效果ICAI评价都比较满意，无显著性差异(P>0.05)。美学效果评价两组对修复体的美学效果都比较满意，但是观察组PES、WES评分均显著高于对照组，达到满意的美学效果(P<0.05)。结论：数字化微笑设计结合“TT”玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠在固定义齿美学修复中具有较为满意的应用价值，美学特性较高，患者接受程度高。

Abstract： Objective Evaluation of the application of the digital smile design denture model combined with the new "TT" jade porcelain full anatomical zirconia full crown and the conventional "HT" porcelain double-decorated porcelain zirconia all-ceramic crown two zirconia all-ceramic crown aesthetic effect. Methods Selected 62 cases of patients with aesthetic repair of fixed denture who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017， divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with "HT" porcelain double decorated porcelain zirconia all ceramic crown， while the observation group was treated with "TT" jade porcelain full anatomic zirconia crown. The aesthetic effects of the two zirconia all-ceramic crowns were evaluated by testing the repair effects of the two groups of restorations and the satisfaction of the aesthetics of the restorations. Results The observation group had good function after the denture repair， similar color and comfort compared with the control group (P<0.05). Symmetric coordination and smile were not different from the control group (P>0.05). The physician group was satisfied with the ICAI evaluation of the two groups， and there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The aesthetic effect evaluation of the observation group and the control group were satisfactory for the aesthetic effect of the restoration. However， the scores of PES and WES in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， achieving a perfect aesthetic effect (P<0.05). Conclusion It is believed that the digital smile design combined with the "TT" jade porcelain full anatomical zirconia all-ceramic crown has satisfactory application value in the aesthetic restoration of fixed denture， with high aesthetic characteristics and high patient acceptance., 百拇医药(韩忠国 徐文飞)
