[摘要]导致面部整形需求的基础是心理问题，研究表明心理因素在鼻整形中的重要性大于其他类型的整形手术，有研究认为鼻整形手術可以改善就医者的心理状况，也有研究认为鼻整形手术会导致部分就医者的心理障碍加重，且与就医者的心理状况与术后满意度息息相关。本文通过对文献进行回顾整理，分析鼻整形就医者术前及术后的心理，心理适应证和禁忌证，以提高就医者术后满意度和规避不必要的医疗纠纷。

    Abstract： The basis for the demand for facial plastic surgery is psychological problems. Studies have shown that psychology plays a more important role in rhinoplasty than other types of plastic surgery. Some studies have suggested that rhinoplasty can improve the psychological state of patients.Others suggest that it may result in aggravated psychological disorder meanwhile patients’ psychological health conditions affect their evaluations about surgeries they acquired. The paper pursues insights of psychological indications and contraindications of rhinoplasty by revealing patients’ preoperative and postoperative psychological conditions for the purpose of enhancing patients’satisfaction and avoiding medical disputes.
