    【摘要】目的： 探讨手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法：分析本院2008年12月～2010年12月手术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者53例，对临床分型、治疗方法及预后进行综合评价。结果 ：53例病人术后平均随访18个月(6～34个月)，其中优良率达90.6%。结论 ：手术对移位的胫骨平台骨折治疗是十分有效的方法

    【Abstract】Objective To study the surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture and clinical efficacy. Way analysis of our hospital in December 2008 - December 2010 Surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures were 53 cases of clinical classification, treatment and prognosis of a comprehensive evaluation.
