【摘要】目的：探讨各种原因所致大面积阴茎皮肤缺损的手术修复方法与经验。方法：回顾分析15例大面积阴茎缺损的手术方法及临床效果。结果：15例均治愈。Ⅰ期手术12例，Ⅱ期手术3例。随访4月-3年。术后外形良好，生理功能恢复较为满意12例。为套脱伤原位缝合1例，阴囊皮瓣修复11例。术后外观臃肿2例：腹股沟皮瓣1例，下腹部皮瓣1例。术后局部皮肤感觉迟钝3例。再次修整1例：下腹部皮瓣1例。结论：根据具体伤情选择手术方式是成功的保证。阴囊皮瓣转移修复阴茎皮肤缺损简便易行，创伤小，术后外形及功能恢复好，值得首先选择。

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore a large area due to various reasons, the surgical repair of penile skin defect methods and experiences Methods: Retrospective analysis of 15 cases of large skin defects of the penis and the clinical effects of surgical treatment Results: 15 patients were cured. 12 cases of surgery I, II surgery in 3 patients. Conclusion: The surgical approach chosen according to the specific injury is to repair a guarantee of success.
