    【Abstract】Tuberculosis of the breast, as a kind of specific infectious disease that is particularly rare, mostly exists in non-developed countries where tuberculosis incidence is much higher. Its clinical manifestation is complicated in different patterns and different developmental phases, without enough specificity. To make a diagnosis, it is necessary to combinate the epidemiology, clinical manifestation, medical imaging, bacteriology, pathology, immunology and so on, with the differential diagnosis of breast tumor, non-specific inflammation and granulomatous disease of the breast.The standard antituberculous chemotherapy, proper operation and the combination of them form the mainstay of treatment for tuberculosis of the breast.We report a complicate case of tuberculosis of the breast and review the literature. ......
