中学生恢复体验：内容结构、问卷开发及其实现方式的对应分析(5)
四、结论
(1)通过文献分析、深度访谈、问卷调查、小组审议和统计分析等技术手段研究得出，中学生恢复体验为五因素结构，分别是：心理脱离、掌握体验、情绪表达、控制体验和放松体验。
(2)根据中学生恢复体验内容结构编制的中学生恢复体验问卷具有良好的信度和效度，符合心理测量学标准，可供同类研究今后使用。
(3)中学生实现恢复体验的方式存在统一性，同时表现出一定的偏好差异：男生偏好运动和游戏的方式，而女生偏好休闲平静的方式；年龄较大的偏好玩电脑和手机等先进电子产品，而年龄较小的偏好户外休闲方式。
