摘要：目的：观察颈髓电刺激治疗“植物人”的临床效果。方法：对10例“植物人”采用常规治疗，包括脑室分流术、颅骨修补术、药物、高压氧等治疗，并加用颈脊电刺激治疗。按持续植物状态量表评分、脑电图、诱发电位及TCD、临床疗效标准评定疗效。结果：10例患者，通过颈髓电刺激，8例(80%)明显好转，其中3例(30%)有效，2例(20%)效果不明显。结论：颈髓电刺激对“植物人”促醒有一定疗效。
