摘要：薏苡仁，系禾本科草本植物薏苡的成熟种仁，为传统常用中药。现代药理研究表明薏苡仁含有的主要活性成分薏苡仁脂，具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。其机制为：①抑制肿瘤细胞的迁移；②能影响肿瘤细胞的基因表达，能下调促进癌生长基因Bcl-2表达，上调抑癌生长基因p53的表达；③抑制肿瘤血管的形成；④调节机体免疫系统功能。因此笔者就近几年来国内外对薏苡仁抗癌作用机制做这一综述。
