摘 要：文章以医院建设方的角度，从设计管理团队的建设、设计单位的选择、设计流程管理、设计进度控制、设计投资控制、设计质量控制、建筑信息模型的应用等方面，阐述了综合医院建设的设计管理的方法和体会。
