【摘 要】 青春期是性生理成熟和性心理不成熟的矛盾时期，是容易出现各种性心理问题的时期，也是人个体一生的体格、体质、心理和智力发育、价值观、世界观形成的关键时期。残疾儿童尽管身体存在残疾，但与正常儿童一样有着青春期发展，一样也会存在这样或那样的性心理问题。因此，如何提高处在青春期残疾儿童的性心理健康水平，是我们学校教育亟待解决的首要任务。为此，本文基于马克思主义关于人全面发展的学说，提出了德、智、体、美全面发展的性心理健康教育观点及实施的办法。

    【Abstract】 Adolescent period is a transitional and controversial period from sex physiological maturity to sex psychological immaturity. A variety of psychological problems are likely to appear during this critical period in which an individual’s physical body, psychological and intelligence development, social value and world outlook will form. The disabled adolescents are disabled physically, but they, like the healthy adolescents, will also meet some sex psychological problems during their puberty period.
