【摘 要】 脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)是常见的急性脑卒中并发症。严重影响患者的神经功能恢复，增加患者的致残率和病死率。因此应早发现、早诊断、早治疗。本文就PSD研究现状及治疗进展作一综述。

    【Abstract】 Poststrokedepression (PSD) is a common complication lf acute stroke , It seriously influences the recovery in patients with stroke .Whith can increase thire disability rate and death rate of stroke ,So we must diagnose and treat it early .
