【摘要】纳洛酮能竞争性阻断内源性阿片肽对神经功能的损害作用，减少自由基的产生、小胶质细胞活化和炎症介质的释放，改善神经细胞的能量代谢，逆转钙离子、兴奋性氨基酸升高等对神经系统的损害作用，并可能增加内源性脑保护因子的活性而达到神经保护的作用。
