    【摘要】目的:为了评估、比较超过70岁的老年人和年轻人腰椎后路椎间融合术的临床和影像学疗效。方法:通过第一组年龄均为≥70岁。共31例；第二组年龄均小于70岁，共70例。进行腰椎后路椎间融合术的治疗。结果:第一组平均恢复率63%，第二组平均恢复率70%。结论:老年患者腰椎后路椎间融合术，取得了满意的临床疗效，与年轻患者疗效相仿。

    【Abstract】Objective: In order to appraise, the comparison surpasses 70 year-old senior citizen and the young people lumbar vertebra rear guard vertebra space fusion technique clinical and the image study curative effect.
