    【摘要】癫痫是一种临床综合症，为多发病之一。在普通居民中，患病率约为5‰，常在儿童青少年期起病。本文作者从中专学校38例癫痫病人观察治疗中体会到，重视未成年人及刚成年学生的自身控制能力差，不能按时服药，未正规治疗，并及时发现边远地区生源的不典型病例得到及时诊断治疗的体会。

    【Abstract】the epilepsy are one kind of clinical syndrome, one of for frequently-occurring diseases.
